What tips or ideas do you have for file organizing? We have a two drawer file that’s SO stuffed full of paperwork. Bills, Rental Agreements, Warranty Paperwork, Auto Loan papers, Mortgage papers.. it’s full to the brim. In fact, I think that’s an understatement. We’ve considered either getting an external solid state hard-drive to scan all our files on to (though that will cost upwards of $300 – those things are expensive!!) or we’ve considered something like RoaylImaging.com document management solutions.
Have you ever used a service like this, or does anyone have one of those things where it automatically scans and organizes everything for you? I’m curious as to how you liked the idea once you took on the project.
