Oh my gosh |
I’ve been really bad about updating. I’m going to try to update everybody on everything in a list, since writing it all out would take me into next year.
- Jeremiah’s friend and EOD instructor did pass away the night I posted about it. TSgt Rick Palmar will be missed but I know his memory will be carried on. His wife has been so strong. I admire her ability to get through this pain and be there for their daughter. Just writing about it brings tears to my eyes. <3
- We went to Orlando for Christmas. I need to put all the pics up on my Flickr. It was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed Jeremiah’s family. I already miss them!
- We haven’t yet gotten orders, but we’ve been “promised” them.. lol. Everybody’s out of the office during the holidays so it’s taking even longer than it would normally. They’ve told us we’ll be out by the first of February so Jeremiah already put the notice in to our realtor. She came and took pictures yesterday and said they already have people showing interest. I will miss this house.
Last night, our neighbors gave Matthew some apple pie and ice cream. He was so energetic and ended up dancing on the table. It was hilarious. I took pictures, also on my Flickr. I wish we had gotten video but rather than grabbing the video camera, Jeremiah went and grabbed the Canon DSLR which doesn’t have video. Rawr!
I’ve been playing on Farmville and CafeWorld again. I wasn’t able to get to the Facebook apps the whole time we were in Orlando but now I’ve caught them up and brought them back to life. I had them on a schedule where I only had to check in twice a day for a few minutes each and that got all messed up.. but now it’s fixed!
Add me on Facebook if you like! I could always use more friends!!
I hope everyone had a great Christmas/Yule/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa (am I missing any?).. and that you all have a Happy New Year!

I'm sorry to hear about the loss of Jeremiah's friend. Now that some time has passed how is he handling his grief?
Also you did forget one… Solstice.
